Delay in the Pipes
What a wonderful day. I woke up and read about Tommy the Texas Bug Squasher being convicted in fucking Texas,of all places, of money laundering and conspiracy to launder money. I didn't think anything was illegal in Texas. I'm very proud of them. I'm so proud I'm going to go eat like a Texas Hog today.
Now there are two Ronnie Earls I like. The District Attorney for Travis County, Texas and the great guitar (BLUES guitar player) from I don't exactly know where. I think he is from New York City. He used to front "Roomful of Blues" who are a great great Boston based outfit of renown, then The Broadcasters who have suffered many different reputations over the years. Once I went to see them in a local club and their drummer didn't have drums. They left quickly in an old station wagon. "We'll be back." I don't think they ever have been. I would have heard if they had. He's on his own now.
The other great Ronnie Earl is the DA who got on Tommy and then held on to the case like a fucking bulldog on a hobo's ass. I have never actually seen a bulldog on a hobo's ass but I can just imagine. Anyway, Tommy is in some serious shit and the little peckerhead should be. The best Travis County can do is actually only 99 years in a Texas prison and lets hope for Huntsville. We probably won't hear any influence peddling allegations from his new friends in there and if he fucks with them, trying to charge for face time; they'll eat him.
Jimmie Rogers with Ronnie Earl and the Broacasters. That's the album. Jimmy was with Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Otis Spann and Elgin Evans. If you haven't heard Ronnie and those other guys I feel bad for you. But not for Delay. He deserves to suffer. His acolyte, Orangeskin John, is the new nasty little stinker of an incoming speaker of the house. I hope someone gets his dirty ass too, hopefully a bulldog.
Tommy may never go to prison. The Federal guys investigated him for 6 years and found....nothing. Well, they found Jack Abramoff and they noticed all of our trusted"policy makers" that Tommy helped out with Jack's money, but no way did they do anything wrong. See,they make it legal before they do shit, because they can. It's a big benefit for us citizens having all those lawyers in there making laws for us to live by.
Ronnie Earl the guitar player is still going strong, word is he's in Texas now, hanging out with the Texas blues guys. I bet he's going to have a nice thanksgiving and I wish him one. I hope Tommy chokes on a bone. Time to eat.
