I wonder if we are as I hope that we are at the end of the rule of old men.
I don't like Donald Trump or his weird tribe. I'll bet they are finished really, a little kicking and scratching from his weird world, his nether residence of gilt will probably do it.. He has serious legal problems and unless he croaks he's going to get an ankle bracelet to hold him down until the crows can finish him off.
He really has kicked the republican party square in the nuts though, he definitely fucked them up, no question.
I have really enjoyed that part. I still do. Didn't he just ice the cake though? Supporting him made them ,his supporters, actually bare their fucking souls and proclivities so they could all puke in public and we can see them.
His MAGA thing is the demonstration Amerika needed. Look at the two real and different worlds that exist here, between those who are alright with the old lousy rules as long as they get to have some too, and even more, bigger shares, because they deserve it and they fuckin' don't over there, right?
Right!
And then there is us, us who wouldn't vote for the jerks that are accepted in the club that would be alright with a guy like Trump, with he being able to dictate the rules and regs to anyone. He and his voters are suspect and actually dangerous. I respect their commitment, not their fucking platform though, only because they are wrong and dirty, racism among the educated is fucking inexcusable.

I really liked the elections and the aftermath,like the legal team the Flaphead hired. Rudy &Co. The shit these idiots kept giving us... under the, or on the pretense of known falsehoods and bad information, are too many people who knew wrong and cannot or just won't admit it. That worries me. I think they feel their reputations are on the line. They think they may look bad if they admit they made a mistake. They won't wear a mask and we know they want to fight.
They have to be right, they have to win. They are not political, winning means winning everything., The real honest ones think that they are superior. In intellect, in ethics, in everything.

I have been listening to some great sounds lately. I hooked up with Youtube Premium and have been listening to all kinds of old shit I listened to when I was a riotous young man so I may be a little juiced up here. Good memories of when I was first really disgusted with Amerika, knew the politicians driving the vehicle through the village of Southeast Asia that wrecked and started everything on fire were, in fact, warmongers, out for blood money, everyone scrambling for them government contracts for their states. By reading Chomsky and Zinn I saw that the skim off of defense contracts is enormous and, of course...because this Amerika,.... unfailingly fair and patriotic.
In 1968 we got Nixon, Kissinger, Laird... all of them were and were surrounded by square business motherfuckers. Serious serious killers and we really felt like they had to be stopped and they kept kicking our asses for trying to stop them. I became patriotic, for an ignorant little dope fiend.
The Establishment stood by and watched as that fucking war tore us all to hell. "The Domino Theory, Communism, The Tonkin Gulf Resolution, all designed to steal and colonize a simple pretty little piece of the world. Many many fights over the holidays in homes bought by American patriots who had endured the horror of world war two as well as Korea and their progeny who insisted that this was different. Tuition was withdrawn, cars were taken back, checking accounts closed.
AND THEN
We got the Pentagon Papers.
The newspapers, all over the country, were publishing them so when one got sued the next took over, then just out it came, universally. The whole stinking rotten lie-filled forty-year operation disguised as a patriotic policy for Viet Nam. The senator from Alaska, Mike Gravel, read them into the congressional record. Drove Nixon crazy, the whole war in detail, and how the US had been pushing it since Ho Chi Minh asked the Truman admin to support their fight for freedom from colonization by the French in 1946 after the Viet Minh fought the Japanese on our side in WW2 and the French swung with Hitler. Once Mr. Ellsberg delivered them to the press, I remember the country went to 60 something percent and rising against the war. The heat was going up under Nixon and he went nuts. He really did, he cracked.
They totally changed my understanding of the real world. I knew war was for profit and once you know.....
So Donald had to go home. It was a difficult eviction but probably as on the square as an Amerikan election can be. He lost. With seventy million or so votes, he lost. Now we get to see the next chapter, or the second edition, of the Trump party.
I read he's down in Florida attacking and threatening away. He's finished though, poison. We had enough, the slightly ethical remnants of the old guard of the grand ol' party are going to finish the little jerk off, him and his pimpin' pals, if it's the last thing they do.
The Covid 19 pandemic and his slippery mental attacks on truth and reason did him in. Even though he left a smoking ruin of a political party, it's still alive, stewing and planning, raising money by subterfuge, no change there. Still, it seems, his monkey branch of the Republican Party is still at his feet as well as his beck and call. They want money. They want votes. He says he can get them for the little scoundrels, but they have to bow to the throned one.
I wonder if a Pentagon Papers type event would matter to the right, the "conservative" Trumpists.Maybe the attack on the congressional leadership of Amerika will do it, we'll see.
I hope we can overcome the supremacy idea of anyone over anyone. I hope it's done because of the rule of ol' Flaphead. I hope it's because we learned something and decided to change....
Well, I have to go mow the front lawn or my wife will beat me. If I can get her to beat me after I mow the lawn, maybe we can get something going.....
