You know, if we don't take this section of killers telling these white people they are being mistreated in America, America!!, the assholes in Congress and in public office all over the place that follow the MAGA banner are going to rule us as hard as they can. The people that are appearing at our borders are both running to and from the same things, poverty, and violence, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico where those sentiments reign and have for a long time, since we went down there for fruit and bananas and oil and gold mines and anything else we could get,  Mara Salvatrucha returned to El Salvador, after their full introduction into our new and current lexicon, their families had had to flee there to get away from the aforementioned incidents being perpetrated on them by their governments, they got here and instead of the kind of greetings the Ukrainians are getting, most of them had to work in sweatshops for as many hours as they could get, they couldn't help their kids with homework. They were trying to learn English and eat and pay the rent..

I have hired Braceros many times, and I will again if I can find any.  I worked with them and I like them and pay them cash every day, plus lunch, and take them home after work. How many times I heard about guys dropping them off to work, they did the work, but the guy never comes back. That guy there, his ass I would have... if I ever get a chance ...until the day I die... that motherfucker is in real danger. Ripping off any tradesman for his labor is a very serious offense, if any tradesman knows where that guy is.... 

 I stopped picking them up for a while. I pulled up one day and a guy got hurt trying to get in my truck, Cut bad. I had to take him to the ER and they sewed him up. The best I could do was to give him a couple of hundred bucks and a ride to the bus station, he was going home because he couldn't work until his hand healed. They were charging at my truck and it was not cool, I found another way to get them

They were desperate. How can we let that go on? Most of those guys lived outside and bathed in the Russian River, you have no idea what that kid went through to get here and earn fifteen bucks an hour and live under a bridge. The labor camp,  the migrants camp, was and probably still is, clean of trash, and quiet except Saturday night when beer and mariachi music help them relax for a night.  Honest and hard-working wins here, right?
